Allison Founder of Worthy Waterloo.jpg

I'm Allison or Al, the founder of Worthy Skin & Beauty Bar.

I'd love to tell you some flowery story about how I got my start in this industry, but the truth is that my vision for health and wellness was set in motion after I hit some serious lows in my personal and professional life.

I  had let my personal value become too defined by the wrong things.

As a momma of three little ladies, I wanted to set a better example of balance, confidence, and self-love for them.

It didn’t happen all at once, but with a little patience and a lot of support, I was able to redefine what being "worthy" means to me.

As a Botox enthusiast, my motto is simple: if I don't like wrinkles in my sheets, then I sure as heck don't want them on my face. With that said, my goal isn’t to convince anyone that they need fixing. Rather, it’s about finding treatments that empower you to show up as the most confident version of yourself. After leaving Worthy, I want you to leave feeling as good as you look and looking as good as you feel.

I graduated from the Practical Nursing program at Conestoga College with Dean’s Honors. I have been working in the cosmetic industry since 2007 as a certified cosmetician and make-up artist.

Working in an industry that is constantly evolving, I feel strongly that it is my responsibility to be proficient in techniques and to stay informed on current practices to ensure the safety of my clients. I accomplish this by participating in continuing education/conferences whenever I can. My experience, eye for detail, and commitment to providing top quality care, will ensure you are always happy with your experience and results.

I have been a medical esthetician specializing in restorative and anti-aging treatments for 11 years.

I have an extensive background in planning and treating many skin conditions including Acne, Rosacea, Hyperpigmentation and Skin Laxity.

I completed my medical aesthetics certification at Niagara college. I have attended many conferences, participated in specialized training courses, and continue to update and expand my skills. My keen eye for detail ensures that each treatment plan is unique to the individual and is customized to achieve optimal results.

I am a skincare specialist and lover of all things beauty! My journey began with a passion for the makeup industry and quickly evolved into a love and dedication for educating skincare lovers like myself. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Arts & Science, a Certificate in Business and years of industry experience.

My knowledge of skin physiology and treatments continues to grow in this ever-changing world of aesthetics. I value the connection I make with my clients - I want you to feel like the best version of yourself!

My passion for skincare and all things beauty has led me to where I am today. I eat sleep and breathe aesthetics and I am so excited to be working at such an advanced clinic with the best technology we can offer.

With my extensive knowledge, skills and expertise I strive to deliver treatments and a home skincare routine to all of my clients to ensure they are receiving optimal results.

I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your skin and anti-aging goals!

I am a certified classic lash artist, wifey, and momma to two amazing kids.

I have been doing lashes for the last 5.5 years and have taken a small, at home business to a full-time career.

My passion for lashes comes through with every set, either by enhancing a women's natural beauty with a simple, classic set of lashes or a big and bold volume set.

We are a Registered Dental Hygiene team, with up to 10 years of clinical experience. Previously experiencing sensitivity to multiple whitening products, we were thrilled to come across Wicked White. This product allowed us to continue to enjoy our love for wine & coffee.

We are so excited to graduate our at-home whitening to the clinical setting at Worthy. We can’t wait to meet our new Waterloo clients and brighten your smiles.
